Kokospfannkuchen

Eine sehr leckere Variante von Pfannkuchen ist folgende:

Teig zur Hälfte aus Vollkornmehl und normalem Mehl, Mandelmilch und Eier. (Wegen der Mineralien füge ich immer noch 2 EL Buchweizenmehl hinzu - der Geschmack geht im Rest unter)

Daraus kleine Pfannkuchen backen und noch gleich in der Pfanne (am besten noch auf den nassen Teig) Kokoschips, Reissirup und ein bisschen Zimt drauf. Die Pfannkuchen wenden, dann werden auch die Kokoschips schön knusprig. Den Kindern hat's geschmeckt und sind wir nicht alle immer wieder auf der Suche danach, wie wir auch unseren Kindern eine gesunde Ernährung näher bringen können... :-)


Ach ja, schmeckt auch mit frischen Himbeeren darauf sehr lecker.

    obviously like your website but you have to check the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling issues and I in finding it very troublesome to inform the reality on the other hand I will definitely come back again.
