Manchmal treffen wir Entscheidungen und sind zu diesem Zeitpunkt fest der Überzeugung, dass das so richtig ist...
Dann wird uns mulmig, je näher der Termin rückt und wenn es dann soweit ist... tja, dann sind wir überwältigt - so oder so...
Nachdem ich vom Navi gut geführt und in meinem Auto noch auf vertrautem Terrain letzten Mittwoch die Reise antrat, war ich zwar aufgeregt, aber alles noch im grünen Bereich. Also ich dann das Zimmer betrat, das nun für ein paar Wochen unser "Zuhause" sein wird, tat sich besagte Fallgrube auf. Plums, saß ich in einem tiefen und unvermutetem Loch. Ja, da saß ich nun und wunderte mich. Es war nicht so dunkel, dass man nichts mehr hätte erkennen können, auch war es nicht zu eng und es war klar, es gibt einen Weg nach oben. Und trotzdem saß ich dort 3 Tage wie bedeppert und fragte mich immer wieder, was denn da bloß passiert war - nicht wirklich fähig zu agieren.
Pema Chödron beschreibt das in ihren Büchern gerne als "die Bodenlosigkeit annehmen und die Hoffnung aufgeben". Vielleicht war es das Annehmen dieser Bodenlosigkeit, die den Blick wieder klarer werden und mich schließlich erkennen ließ, dass es schlichtweg das Fehlen von allem, was Geborgenheit und Schönheit vermitteln würde war, was da ein so großes Loch geschaffen hatte... Es war die Erinnerung an einen längst vergangenen Krankenhausaufenthalt in Kindertagen, der auch noch mit dem Gefühl zurückgelassenworden zu sein gekoppelt war.
Wenn man den Auslöser mal erkannt hat, kann man auch etwas verändern. Dann gibt es Möglichkeiten. So auch hier - alleine ein guter Duft kann schon Welten bewegen :-)
